This product is a custom-made acrylic coffee machine shell part. It is made of high-transparency and high-strength PMMA material through a hot bending process. The size of each of our acrylic products is precisely controlled and the surface is smooth and flawless. Acrylic material features excellent optical transparency, good heat resistance and impact resistance, which can effectively enhance the overall appearance texture and durability of coffee machines.
1. Acrylic hot bending process
- Use dedicated heating equipment (such as single-strip heaters, mold heating machines or hot air guns) to locally heat the bending line to a softened state (approximately 100°C - 150°C).
- Keep the bending shape fixed, and carry out natural cooling or auxiliary cooling to ensure the acrylic is stably formed during the cooling process, preventing springback or deformation.
- After the bending is completed, necessary grinding, polishing or cleaning treatment should be carried out on the product surface to enhance the overall gloss and aesthetic appeal.
